Laboratory casework for an ASU research facility in Tempe required durable, chemical-resistant construction throughout. Castaldi produced custom phenolic resin countertops, epoxy-painted steel-base cabinets, and wall-mounted upper cabinets with adjustable shelving. All casework met university lab safety standards and was commissioned ahead of the semester start date.

Multiple break room buildouts across a 180,000 SF technology campus in Tempe. Castaldi fabricated custom laminate cabinetry, integrated appliance panels, and solid-surface countertops for six separate break rooms with consistent finishes throughout. The project was completed floor-by-floor to coordinate with the phased occupancy plan.

A full clinic renovation at HonorHealth Scottsdale required custom medical casework in 14 exam rooms, a central nurse station, and a staff break room.
