A City of Phoenix municipal office renovation included custom laminate casework throughout the public-facing service counters, staff workstations, and file storage areas. All casework was designed to meet public-sector procurement specifications and ADA compliance requirements. Castaldi delivered on a phased schedule that kept the office operational throughout construction.

Touchmark Corporate Office

Laboratory casework for an ASU research facility in Tempe required durable, chemical-resistant construction throughout. Castaldi produced custom phenolic resin countertops, epoxy-painted steel-base cabinets, and wall-mounted upper cabinets with adjustable shelving. All casework met university lab safety standards and was commissioned ahead of the semester start date.

Dutch Bros HQ

Castaldi delivered a complete millwork package for the Dutch Bros Coffee corporate headquarters tenant improvement in Scottsdale. Scope included a custom reception desk, 200+ linear feet of open-office storage and shelving, a custom executive conference room wall panel system, and break room cabinetry. The design-forward aesthetic required precision color matching and seamless panel reveals throughout.

D.R. Horton Corporate Office

A high-end tenant improvement for a Scottsdale financial services firm required custom executive office built-ins, a feature reception desk in book-matched veneer, and a full conference room millwork package including credenzas and wall panels. Castaldi worked directly with the interior design team to execute architectural details from concept through final install.

Multiple break room buildouts across a 180,000 SF technology campus in Tempe. Castaldi fabricated custom laminate cabinetry, integrated appliance panels, and solid-surface countertops for six separate break rooms with consistent finishes throughout. The project was completed floor-by-floor to coordinate with the phased occupancy plan.
